target toys 50% off today (secret agent update)

as I was browsing the christmas remnants... wandered over to the toy section which had just been reset to 50% off. I was quite pleased. They had a ton of stuff. I only bought a my little pony and all the polly pocket sets I could find. (the roller coaster hotel is included in the mark down by the way so it's 14$ or something.) Pretty much any polly set you saw before christmas is included in the markdowns. the toys should go down to 75% off in 2 weeks.... maggie

No, not ALL the toys are 50% off, but they did have a ton of the Bratz stuff on sale (probably a good percentage off). I didn't look, but I teased my 7 year old when we passed it and said, "Oh, look, Bratz is on sale! You want some!" And he squealed and ran away.

Just got back. Some Bratz dolls were on sale, but I forgot what style you mentioned Franne...I got the Fisher Price Noah's Ark for only $13.92- great for a 3 year old's bday next month. Some Star Wars guys for only $5 instead of $10 for a 5 Y.O.'s bday next month. And I grabbed a Bop It for only $7.50 just to have on hand for any school friend parties that may come up in the next couple on months.

In the Christmas section I grabbed 10 of these dark red wine goblets for my mom that she wanted to get the other day, but we were running late for my doctor's appt....they were only .39 each now! As I was grabbing them to put in my cart this gramma-aged lady comes over and starts grabbing some too---I thought I was going to have to be a little aggressive, but luckily I already had 7 in my cart. I'm not normally like that, but there was a whole nother row of them on the shelf above where I was grabbing them, and she decided she needed the ones where I was grabbing....it was strange...she was giving me this evil eye look----some people are strange about their clearance stuff I guess!

I got the Bratz, but not the one she wanted..oh well!
I got a package with 4 of the girl Bratz in it for $24.99!! They are all individually boxed so I can give the others as gifts, plus I got her a Bratz boy, so that's the same as she would have gotten with the Bratz Mystery Date. It'll still be a mystery because she doesn't know which boy I got her
I also got tons of paper, they had so much and it was 90% off (wrapping paper that is, nothing in the scrap ailse was on sale ) I also got a winter coat for $13!!!! What a deal!

Toys at our Target are still only 30% off. The xmas that was left for 90% sale was pretty picked over--hardly anything, though I did get cards for 29cents and a neat candle that I will use this winter for 49cents.

Does anyone have Hobby Lobby and know when they will go to 90%? They are at 66% through saturday. Probably go to 75 % next.

Nicurn -- which Target had toys 50%? I stopped at the Sterling one today after picking up DD from pre-school and a FEW things were marked below 30%, but not much. I want that Fisher Price North Pole Little People set for my DS, but not at $14. I'm jealous of all your deals!

My Target was not too exciting but I did get these cool snowflake beaded stickers for paint buckets next year and a few baskets to fill for neighbors. They had beautfull topiary's but I have no more storage left so I had to pass. I just missed get all of the rolls of tape. Mut I got a few mightbeans sets for 74 cents.

I wish all the Christmas pj's were go cheaper then 30%!!

All the sale toys were mixed in with each other. you just had to look careful as to the real price.

Leesburg Target isn't 50% yet either. Manager told me the price fixers were working their way around the store. Oh Geezzz! Anyway, they got off at 5:00 and if they weren't marked down by then we'd have to wait until Monday. Oh well, don't really need that stuff anyway, but could use it for birthday parties. Really holding my breath here for the 75% off!!!

Thanks for the info ladies. Maybe I'll hit Leesburg Monday as the birthday invitations keep on coming. This is DD's last year of pre-school and after three years together EVERYONE in her class is having a party and inviting everyone else. My wallet misses the days of boy-girl segregation

I did have better luck at Michael's. Most of their stuff is 70% off and I got some ornaments that DD can paint, and lots of foam kits. These were $1.49 for 12 projects in a bag -- ornaments, book marks, etc.~ a great deal for Sunday School teachers, scout leaders, etc. or just to have on hand for those cold/rainy days when the kids need a craft. Those clear ornaments that some of you used for your Disney ornaments and posted your pics of a while back were 17 cents (I think) so we got a few of those to try next year. I also picked up some candy that I can use for Valentine's Day at 70% off.

I ran by Target today to see if anything was left in the Christmas area. There was the cutest Christmas purse marked down 50% but on the 90% off aisle. It's the kind with the photo on it and little jewels. When I got to the front, they said someone had left it back there. Clothing and accessories are still 50% off.

Anyone know when they go 75% or more? I didn't want to pay that much for something DD can't use for a year, but if it's still around at 75% I'd spring for it.
