Target clearance today

Did anyone go? I did and spent only $20 and got quite a bit of stuff! Some neat "Swell" modular dividers- shown for serving food, but I am going to use them in my drawers to separate my utensils and such...originally $9.99, today $2.49. Got two baskets with the veggie lines- one big , one small for $1.99 and $1.49. Got my son a pair of play shorts for $1. Got a Play-doh pack 1/2 off for $4.98. A 5x7 white picture frame for $1.74. What else...two water wigglers for .49 each and two bags of Hershey's kisses for I think .90 each! It was fun...I made a deal with my kids that we couldn't put anything in the basket unless it was on sale. I got about $60 of stuff for $20. The lady in front of me had a cart overflowing with the wicker baskets with the Veggie liners---she had at least 12 of each size! She probably had some great craft in mind.

I love target sales! we were there bright and early and I got what I wanted. (american flag), wire rooster just because he was cute, baskets, candy, kids clothing... my favourite though was the spice rack with 20 spices for 8$. I can put my scrapbook paints in the rack and heck, one can't have enough spices. maggie

I went yesterday to buy curtains and found the summer stuff 75% off. The theme this year was Luau and I'm having one in september!!!! I got such great deals.

I spent $20 and got all kinds of things. In the Summerville collection, candles, plates, water play toys, picnic bag with utensils and some Kisses (I sure didn't need those). I just love Target clearance sales.

went back today since I had an hour to kill while dd was at score... managed to buy more stuff, found a summerville dish chair, it's very comfy. kate took it right to her room though. cute rubbermade laundry tote, more goldfish buckets, more kids shorts and t's... I need to stop going into the store! maggie
