Target Circle Offers - Am I missing something here??

Am I missing something here? I have had a Target Debit card forever. I keep seeing posts about Circle offers and I do not see them for me in my app. The only thing I see today is for the 25% off the Toy/Book gifts - and that has been there for a while. As a matter of fact, even some of the individual offers have been unchanged for the last few months.

This is what I saw below on another board. This offer is not in my App. Are these just targeted offers? What the heck

I received an email about it and didn't initially see it in my app either. I clicked on my wallet in the app and then clicked back and it showed up as a banner within the app. I can't find anywhere to add it as a circle offer. I think that you just have to scan your circle barcode and it automatically records the purchase.

My guess is that it won’t show up until you make the 2 qualifying purchases.

And it’s definitely a targeted offer since the one in my app is for a different amount/qualifying purchases.

This is the second offer of this type in the past month. Maybe make sure your app is up to date and log out and back in.

They are targeted offers. I don't have anything like these mentioned offers, but have 3 very different ones.
