Target Black Friday deal

i did not see anywhere that gift cards do not apply. so im hoping that it works. i plan on buying an ipad thursday with redcard using the $100 gift card to buy disney cards on friday and get the 20% off to use on disney cards.

I saw this afternoon and am hoping if works for Disney gift cards. Also makes me think if they do this they may not be doing the $10 gc with $50 purchase coupon this year (purely just speculation).

I hope it works on gift cards too. I need about 2,000 in gift cards. That means I'd be paying 1,600 for 2,000. Awesome!!!

Hold up now....first I thought I was reading this wrong....if this is true, does this mean that I can get $3,500 in gift cards for $2,800?!?!

I searched this out on the target website and it said was not valid on gift cards.

There's a whole list of exclusions on the 20 percent off coupon you get. It excludes gift cards, video games, ps4, xbox1, all apple products and all Bose products, just to name a few of the exclusions.

Disney cards aren't considered gift cards. They are considered entertainment cards which would count under the special. Gift cards are considered to be Target cards and Visa cards.

HTH.

Where did you find the exclusions?

We really need a Target Employee DIS member to clear this up! I don't want to get too excited for nothing :)

I thought I read this somewhere! Thanks! :)

this is the only info i have found but i dont see exclusions.
$75 purchase must be made in a single transaction in stores on 11/29/13 between 12:01AM CST and store close, or online between 11/29/13 at 2:00AM CST and 11/30/13 at 1:59:59AM CST. Qualifying online guests will receive store coupon via email on 11/30/13. Target reserves the right to cancel coupon if the online order is cancelled. The $75 qualifier will be calculated after other discounts. Prescriptions, optical, clinical purchases, tax, and shipping and handling fees do not count toward the $75 qualifier. Limit one 20% coupon per guest to be used in a single transaction. Coupon redeemable in stores only.

That would be REALLY cool! And I LOOOOVE that the Black Friday shopping can be done online.

So if Disney Cards are not excluded, can we add our Red Cards, to 25% off and then add pharmacy to get 30% off:confused3

My thought exactly. Would live to save ~28% on the annual passes we've been saving up for!
