I'm on Target's site and it's saying there is a $4 delivery fee. That's never happened before. Does anyone else see this?

It went away after I chose to use my red card at check-out.

I'm getting the $4 shipping fee as well, even though it says ships free.

It showed $4 shipping until I signed in with my redcard. A lot of stuff I need/use! I can always use razors, I use secret clinical and makeup remover wipes and I need more mascara. Great deal for me this month!

Shipping is free if you use your Red Card, just like always.

I put one in my cart just to see if there was shipping, there was not. I also do not have a red card. I didn't order it though, these have kind of lost the appeal for me.

I got my first box last month, but I think I'm passing on this months. Nothing I NEED & this is my first month doing the no spend so I'd just rather not
