Tampa Airport Question

I have a question about the Tampa airport. From the airport can I get to 580 (W. Hillsborough Rd) by using the N. Hoover Blvd that I can see on the google map?

Looks like there are not many Tampa airport experts on DIS.

I grew up in Tampa, and still can't tell you, because now there's an expressway where so many of the local roads used to be.

You can get to Hillsborough from the expressway. What do you need off of Hillsborough??

I found out from another forum that "no the N. Hoover Blvd. is not a public road".
