Taking the plunge into BCV!

My DW and I just got back from WDW where we went to two timeshare presentations, one with Westagate (they were a bit pricey at $17,000 for a studio), and the other DVC. DVC was unlike any other presentation, NO PRESSURE! We both love Disney and feel this is right, so we have decided on 200 points at BCV. Also, we want everone in the forum to know that we have been reading many of the threads in here to help make our decision, you have been most helpful. We almost went with VB because of the increase in MB to $15 per point versus $10 per point at BCV, but when it came down to it, we decided that we would stay much more often at WDW, so we thought it wise to buy into BCV. We don't have children yet, but are planning to start building a family soon and thought it would be great to set aside a great vacation for the family at least once a year. Welcome home(a little early)

We just closed March 19th and are extremely happy. People will ask you why when you don't have kids or why when your child is small. We get that all the time. Just tell them that WDW makes everyone a child again. We started taking our DD 8 when she was 2 and our Ds 1 1/2 went last October when he turned 1. They are never too young and you are never too old.

I started even earlier! My parents took me to Disneyland (grew up in Southern California) when I was about 3 months old! And, in turn, I took my DD to WDW (now that I live in South Florida) when she was 5 months old! It's such a magical place that I had to share it with her as soon as possible!

Don't worry about what people say...just enjoy yourself and create memories that will last a lifetime! Hey, I'm soundin' like the DVC membership video

As a couple or as a family, you can't go wrong with the Vacation Club. The point about when you start a family to go everybody is right children are never to young to go, we took our youngest when she was 10 weeks. You just have to remember that you still have 39 years so take it easy.
