If you take a picture of a pose that the photographers have taken, do they get upset (if you're not in their way)? Like if at dinner they take a picture of our kids then we want to take the same picture. Will they be offended? :earsboy:

Nope. Often they will offer to take one with your camera for you. No problems at all.

At the character breakfast, it's a bit rushed, so that would be the only time I could envision a problem. They still won't be mean, they just might whip the character away before you snap the shot.

Just be ready for the characters at the breakfast when they come to your table we had 2 families with 2 kids each. The other already had autographs so they just took pictures. We did pics & had 2 books for them to sign. They always waited for us to snap a picture with our camera but we were all set to take one right after the photographer snapped his shot.

The spec. photographers on the Magic are very patient and they're not pushy at all. Even though I take a lot of photos myself, We ended up buying quite a few of their photos on our last cruise, and I expect we'll do the same this Sept.

Besides, if it weren't for them, I wouldn't be in any photos.

The cruise photographers are very patient and polite, but I can't say the same about photographers for excursion operators...

At the Dolphin Encounter in Freeport, I had to almost muscle my way between the photo girls to get a shot of my gf. You know, the priceless one of the dolphin giving her a kiss.

I guess not all photographers are created equal. Just a word of advice.
