Taking our son for his 1st trip!!!

Hi everyone,

It's been about 2 1/2 years since our last Disneyland trip and we weren't planning a vacation until Dec 2012, but I learned on Monday that I won a trip to Disneyland!

I'm not sure of our dates yet, but I'm thinking sometime this summer. It will be me, dh, daughter (15), son (4) and youngest son (18 months) My 4 year old went when he was 1 so this will be like his 1st trip again so I want to make sure they have a magical time. We'll be staying at a Disneyland hotel (not sure which one yet?) so I was thinking of calling vacation planning and doing something special for them. Are there any other tips/ or special things I could do for them?? Since it's been over 2 years since our last trip, are there any suggestions on where to eat/things to do??

Thanks for any suggestions..I'm soo excited, can't wait to figure out our exact date we're going!!

I haven't been in a looong time so can't give many recommendations but wanted to wish you a great trip!

One thing we always do is have Tinkerbell (aka Me) leave a small gift for the kids each night at the hotel. Maybe a glow necklace or the night before the flight home a book or something to keep the kids busy. The leap out of bed each morning to see what Tink left for them.

I have also gotten autographed photos of the kids favorite chacters from the front desk at check-in.

You could also get your son a 1st visit button too!
