taking DD's 13 YO friend to Disney???

For those of you who take your child's friends to disney, do you have a special release form in case of emergency/injury/illness to child's friend, or how do you handle it ???

We took my dd's friend during our christmas break...I had her bring a copy of her insurance card, and had her parents sign I release that i was able to make health care choices in there absence

yes the last two summers we have brought a friend for dd. we took her health ins. card, also we had a notarized note in case of emerg, for drs. or hospital. everything went great both times, but make sure you have that paper. also we bring tylenol,dramimine,etc for both just in case.
