Seen a really good price with BA for a Fly-drive today

19/08 to 03/09

In direct flights via Miami - arriving in MCO at 5.20pm

£2690 for 4 adults (kids are 15 & 13)

Less 3% Quidco Cash back = £660pp

Whilst not direct, such a short stop at Miami (2h10m) and favourable arrival time makes this a really appealing and worth the little bit extra.

Dam my Hubby being busy playing tennis at the Gym and not contactable to get a decision!

Yeah just do it:rotfl:

If you are the one that normally does all the searching/booking/organising then he'll know you have done the right thing...:goodvibes

If it was me I'd just go ahead and book it, mind you I do all the booking for our family, so If I see something that I'm happy with I just book it. If you wait you might not get that price again! :thumbsup2

If youre the one who does the research and know all the great deals, then i'd say-go for it! If you dont see the same prices again later, youll be disappointed.:)
perhaos give him one last call before you book :thumbsup2

If the dates had been earlier in August I would have said yes, go for it but later August into Sept I would expect better to come along yet. All depends if you want to play the waiting game (as I am) or get it booked.

Owooo Wayne - you have put that seed of doubt in my mind.....

It is such a shame not to use the Delta vouchers I had (£96 each) but nothing is coming up with them below £800 with decent times..

I have looked at the times and these are by far the best in-direct times I have seen Arrive 17.20 at MCO Depart 19.00 from MCO.

Plus... I can secure with a deposit rather than spend another two weeks waiting till I have the final amount to book outright...

I have been stung once by not booking RPR early and missed out on a cheap deal by not acting quickly - not letting it happen again methinks...

You could wait and see and win or alternatively end up paying more and miss out on flight times. If you think they are good value then book them.

I would just for peace if mind xxx

She who hesitates...

I would book if you are happy with the price. I booked my flights way in advance rather then play the waiting game because I haven't got the nerve. I was glad I did, as I couldn't have got them very much cheaper later on.:thumbsup2

It's ok - I did book!

My hesitation lost me a cheaper room at Royal pacific - not making that mistake again! Also booked 17 days parking and Park inn hotel at Heathrow for £75!

Just don't look again now.
I can book at £677 perfect timings, 1st-25th August but can't bring myself to press the buy button. Might regret it.:rotfl2:

Here's the thing... When I went through the booking it was initially £708 pp - In red writing it prompted to click to see prices to Tampa which I did and it was £668. When I reverted back to MCO using the red link again and selected the indirect flights it was £673.

Not sure if it is a glitch but if you are looking on BA Wayne - give it a try!

I hope you don't have reason to regret it, lol. Didn't you lose some great flights in 2009 because Karen called you for dinner and you thought "I'll just eat first" ..... came back and they were gone? ;)

So what did your DH say when you told him you'd booked? I reckon thats a good price so well done!! I hesitated in booking our flights last September and ended up paying a good bit more for them just a fortnight later. Boo!! I could've played the waiting game but I lack the nerve lol. Havent seen cheaper flights since I booked though so thats something I guess!!

Are those to Orlando Wayne, not that I can go, but I keep checking the prices ready for next year.:thumbsup2 thinking of a week in Vegas and a week in Florida.

No, not BA. They are with Aer Lingus, the real sticking point for me is I would save £100 buying via Lastminute.com but my Easter flights are with them and I am not impressed by their service, took a month for them to notify me of a flight change, thankfully I had already logged in and seen the change on Deltas website.

One year she was in a meeting, price had gone up when I could confirm.:goodvibes Don't remember eating first but its possible, I rarely rush into buying anything :rotfl2:

Out to Orlando doing immigration in Ireland which might be a good thing with the current Orlando immigration fears then flying back from Boston.

I did get to speak to him to get his approval before taking the plunge - to be honest I think he is relieved I have booked something now and will stop agonising over different options!
