Another quiet night? We went grocery shopping---bought a lot of ground turkey-6 packages(hey it was 99cents a pound), 2 turkey breast, 2 1lb. pork tenderloin, and a chuck roast all for maybe $35. NC Beast is going to turn into a turkey from eating turkey dishes in the next 3-4 weeks. We have been getting a lot of bargains on meat lately---sorry, Laura, but we like it.

I wished the fruit/veggies were not expensive. Last year we had a lot of low prices on that.


We bought chocolate ice cream for this weekend's desserts.

Top Gun and Days of Thunder were my favorite movies then.

I got an e-mail from Kings Dominion (Richmond, VA amusement park) was bringing the Days of Thunder simulator movie back. I loved that ride.

My cousins go to Kings Dominion they like it there...they were going to take us, but it started raining the only day we could go now my cousins are wimps


Johnny Depp is STILL wicked hott and Top Gun is good only to see Val Kilmer in a towel wowsa. I love that boy. I say boy..he's my parents age I still think he's a hottie

We have Pet Ice Cream Chocolate with chocolate shavings, peanut butter cups, and Peter Pan peanut butter ribboning throughout. It makes one happy.

We are having turkey tacos tomorrow or rotissterie pork. We are eating at home to save money for future trips and things for the house. We are watching our diets (we limit the ice cream and treats in a week) a little more now.

Kitty Litter Cake
Great Halloween cake! You'll need a new kitty litter
box, box liner and litter scoop as "props" to get the full
effect with this cake! Makes 20 servings.

1 (18.25 ounce) package
German chocolate cake mix
1 (18.25 ounce) package white
cake mix
2 (3.5 ounce) packages
instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla
sandwich cookies
3 drops green food coloring
1 (12 ounce) package tootsie rolls


Directions
1 Prepare cake mixes and bake according to package
directions (any size pan).
2 Prepare pudding according to package directions and
chill until ready to assemble.
3 Crumble sandwich cookies in small batches in a food
processor, scraping often. Set aside all but 1/4 cup. To the 1/4
cup add a few drops of green food coloring and mix.
4 When cakes are cooled to room temperature, crumble them
into a large bowl. Toss with 1/2 of the remaining cookie
crumbs, and the chilled pudding. You probably won't need all
of the pudding, you want the cake to be just moist, not soggy.
5 Line kitty litter box with the kitty litter liner. Put
cake mixture into box.
6 Put half of the unwrapped tootsie rolls in a microwave
safe dish and heat until softened. Shape the ends so that
they are no longer blunt, and curve the tootsie rolls
slightly. Bury tootsie rolls randomly in the cake and sprinkle
with half of the remaining cookie crumbs. Sprinkle a small
amount of the green colored cookie crumbs lightly over the top.
7 Heat 3 or 4 of the tootsie rolls in the microwave until
almost melted. Scrape them on top of the cake and sprinkle
lightly with some of the green cookie crumbs. Heat the
remaining tootsie rolls until pliable and shape as before.
Spread all but one randomly over top of cake mixture.
Sprinkle with any remaining cookie crumbs. Hang the remaining
tootsie roll over side of litter box and sprinkle with a few
green cookie crumbs. Serve with the pooper scooper for a
gross Halloween dessert.

ok, here's what happened tonight!!! Nothing too major, but.....

Haley got saved!!!! She did it in private with Brother Tony. So Cool!!!!!

Heather~She and I made purple tablecloth rings.....basically, we ripped small pieces off fo the tablecloth, and tied around our index fingers!!! They're so cool, LoL!!!

Josh~Annoying!!! I cant stand him, and I'm serious Carebear and Emilia. No more!!! Kayla or no Kayla, I'm mad at him. Sorry, but thats it. All he talked about today was Kayla.....mainly around me.

Chantz~OMG!! He finally talked a little today!!! It was too funny. We're doing a skit thingy tomorrow night. Chantz got beat up. He was saying so many funny things tonight!!! AND as a bonus for me, Josh got mad because we were laughing harder at Chantz than we were at him!!!

Oh yeah, tomorrow in our skit, I'm a nurse.....I'm wrapping bandages on Chantz!!!! I think thats all for now, LoL!!!!
