ohanafamily, I think both liked the POFQ idea. Wasn't it recently remodeled? I don't think Lewski's ever stayed there. The dragon kids are welcome to come over and use the dragon slide.

October is in the off season, right?

Well if you are talking to her I'd like her to bring back Mickey Bars and a sweatshirt from Animal Kingdom. then hop over to MK and get my son a mickey balloon. Then go over to GF to the Sandy Cove shop and get two of the pillows you find in the rooms. Then over to Epcot for a few pastries in the French pavailion, I think thats it so far!

Good afternoon everyone,
The weather is beautiful here today, it is quite warm and sunny School was busy today, all the kids were weaving their Easter baskets for their plants that they have been taking care of so they could take them home. Tomorrow we are making Easter cakes and on Thursday we are making bird boxes and are having our Easter Bonnet parade.

So does anyone have any plans for this evening? I have to be back at work at 7pm for a meeting, but it should only be quick.

I'm so jealous of [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR], I wish I was in WDW right now!! Never mind 4 more days of work then 2 weeks off I'm going to London on Saturday for the night as we are going to the theatre. I think I'll have a look in the British museum as well as our hotel is right next to it. I love looking in the Ancient Egypt section. I might have a look around Harrods as well.

I guess I better have my dinner now and get ready to go back to work!!!!

Bichon Barb and Lewski

Dates: Either Friday 10/8 to Monday 10/11 or Saturday 10/9 to Tuesday 10/12.

Arrival Time and Info: None yet.

Stay At: Probably POFQ

Notes:

We both like MK and Epcot, so those are probably must-do's. Would love to do the parks with others--or at least meet up for lunch, etc.

No interest in H2O parks.

Definitely want to do the breakfast thing with the families.

Would love to get a night out at PI or DD with whomever can make it.

Okay, who is next? I'll keep a list of responses.

arrival time & info: we will be flying, but no definite times yet.

stay at: Either POFQ or CBR or WL (if we can get a good rate). We may split time between 2 resorts.

Notes:

We will be traveling with the DH's & kids. We plan to dump DH's & older kids at a water park Oct. 10th or 11th so we can have breakfast with everyone. I plan to try & meet up one evening for PI or DD.

BTW, just talked to [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR]. She was in the plane, 5 minutes to take off. Ella was washing the airplane windows with baby wipes. She said she will try to call back during the layover in BHM.

BTW, if anyone is looking for me, I'm over on landsend.com trying on bathingsuits.

You can create a virtual model over there. You plug in your height, weight, body shape, big boobs or little boobs, etc. Then you can try on clothes. Mine looks pretty close to my actual shape. If only I could plug in "bigger butt and thinner thighs".

Deadheadbelle we ate at Boma's Saturday night.. everything is wonderful.. I love the carrot soup/ and I had a chicken spicy type stew.. the ribs were good...the beef was fatty. I love the salads and the breads.The zebra domes are great...

Oh where to catch up.. Never bought anything on ebay..


Our cruise was wonderful.. I rebooked and want to go July 2005 but they won't take reservation for summer 2005, so I booked a bogus date and will switch..
Geoff was with the Teen Cruisers and we only saw him at dinner, which was MANDATORY>>\\

He had a great time chilling in the stack and eating burgers, pizza, ice cream.

Eric was hanging out with several other kids, playing basketball, some time in the lab, walking the ship, eating ice cream..he had the MOST fun of any vacation.. he too had a mandatory dinner with us..

So.. that left Dh and I alone most days.. we really had fun!!!

We did a lot of snorkeling at St M, St t and CC, no shopping, although I got some DCL Magic pins and the DVC pins.

After we stayed at ALL STARS Football bldg.. went to MGM and AK on saturday, dinner at boma, then MK and Epcot on Sunday..

Now I am back at work trying to catch up on what I missed..

I did sneak out and got the postcards for the swap.. So everyone can see the bldg where I work..

How about a nice littlechocolate snack..I feel like some warm flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce..

RRBB can youn pick up a few things for me at the store.. I had to go to boy scouts last nigjt so i didn't get to the grocery store.. so we have no food in the house at all.. we had to have pasta and red sauce last night.. what for tonight???


although from all i ate on the cruise, I could not eat for 3 months still be up a few lbs..

LOL, I thought I was looking pretty good after I put my stats in, but then I clicked on the larger or bigger option, and that was more like it.

I wish I could e-mail the pics to you ladies. I can't decide between the dark fuscia and the navy. DH likes the navy. Anyway, if you are over there, it's the faille tankini top with the faille skirted bottom with panty sewn in. It has slits on the side.

Well, Joe and I talked and we actually were JUST on the verge of changing our reservations so that we could be in WDW the same time as the majority of you folks. I was actually just minutes away from making the changes via phone when I double checked with our special events manager and sponsorship manager.

Thank God in heaven I did because had I made the changes, I'd have made myself absent for one of the largest fund raisers we throw each year AND another fund raiser that's thrown for us AND a food rescue.

So, as much as we REALLY (really really) want to see you all, we just can't. And it'd have been fun because we've (read I've) always wanted to do a character meal but have been reluctant to do so due to lack of kids. Always thought two grown men in their late 30's would look just a bit odd at something like that.

Plus, having a few drinks with you guys at PI would have been a blast. You'd have had two official dance partners of the tag as well. No strings attached! LOL!

Alas, it is not meant to be. So our reservations have to stay at 9/23-10/3. First half at Pop and second half at POFQ. Looks like it's just me and Joe by our lonesome...

Bichon Barb, I love their suits. I'd go with the fuschia. You'll be super-hot i am sure. Navy is too boring for your personality!

Just talked to [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR]. She was getting ready to board the plane in BHM. She was looking for [COLOR=9900CC]oddball27[/COLOR] but didn't see her. Guess she went to school even though [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] was stopping in Alabama just to see her.
Ella made it through 3/4 of the flight without a complaint, then she started digging at her ear. [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] got her out of her seat & held her while she drank from her sippy cup & she made it through the rest of the flight.

I'll let you know when they arrive!

geffric, the cruise sounds amazing. It's nice you got to spend so much time with your DH. I'll give [COLOR=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/COLOR] your review of Boma.

My suggestion would be to try everything! Even if they're not very adventurous....and if they're worried about spicy, it's not "hot" spicy, just "different" spicy....but o so good. It was all SO wonderful!! And definitely have a zebra dome for dessert Hope we get to Boma's again next month. They actually have 3 different rotating menus....do each one twice a week and the 7th day is a mix...so you can eat there 3 times without having many of the same selections!! YUMMMM!!!!!!!!!
