TalkisCheap You're reading my mind tonight! First we both hate celery and now we just saw(or taped) The Others! Just saw it on TNT for the first time and the twist at the end was a complete surprise I thought it was very good....I like suspenseful scary movies, not the blood and gore type This movie left much to the imagination which had me on the edge of my seat Have you seen the movie made back in the '60's or '70's called "The Other" about the twin boys. There might have been a remake a few years ago, I dunno, but the original scared me to death!!!

Lewski709 I'm not brave enough to watch "Panic Room"...remember, I'm constantly alone at night with my son so those kinds of movies hit a little too close to home....the comercials were enough to give me nightmares And I'm so sorry they're still cracking down on you at work....seems you're never here when I am anymore

kadaten I'm just like you when it comes to early mornings and nights....very active 8-12am and just dragging in the morning...and I definitely have to be dead tired to fall asleep....must read or else I lie awake staring at the darkness all night

ohanafamily Poor thing ....you've had it pretty rough lately....with RRBB gone a lot, not to mention dealing with her pregnancy....and then everyone on the island jumping down your throat everytime you HAPPEN to make a silly ignorant male chauvinistic remark silly boy.....I think you're catching on though and if you follow the advice given and lay low for let's see.....about another 7 months or so.....you'll come out smelling like a rose

[COLOR=CC0033]kadaten[/COLOR] I love hearing bagpipes too......I'm a Presbyterian and we have a bagpipe player on the church steps for weddings.....it never fails, we always end up giggling about what's under that kilt, and there's always the urge to lift the back of the kilt as we pass by

There's almost always a bagpipe player at funerals too, and it's just so emotional when we hear "Amazing Grace", almost as if the bagpipes are crying too

Flying in Sat 10/9 to Tampa 3;35PM, returning Fri 10/15 departing Tampa at 4:05PM. Southwest Airlines $208.20 NOW it feels REAL!

DARN! Not sleepy yet and keep thinking of THE OTHERS

When I broke a rib last fall and it was sooo painful to lie down, they prescribed some GREAT sleeping pills for me...basically knocked me unconscious 20 minutes after taking them each night and would awake completely refreshed at 7am ....it was great but after the rib healed, my doctor wouldn't refill my prescription

I've always had trouble falling asleep at night and really loved WDW because I was sooo worn out after a day in the parks that I practically passed out each night...Pure Heaven! hey, maybe I should just stay a WDW and then I'd NEVER have problems falling asleep

I can't wait to see your tiara! Did you have fun at the scrapbooking convention? You would love the princess envelopes I made to tuck away found money for my WDW trip(s). I chose Aurora and Bell, as they are my two favorites (classic and modern) and the third one is of Cinderella, in honor of YOU! That's the one that I will put the $$ for the October trip, because I will get to meet you then! We will actually be having breakfast at CP, FOR REAL! I used scrapbook size paper, so the envelopes are big and can hold lots of money

Jordan lost his 13th tooth today so I gotta go play Tooth Fairy. I'm so afraid he's gonna catch me in the act of leaving the money and the little stinker keeps waking up each time I tiptoe into his room.... I keep telling him I'm tucking him in and my nerves are nearly shot. I think he already KNOWS the TRUTH but is playing along so he can have the $$$$, at least that's what I did and would still do today if I had the chance

My sister and I caught on about the tooth fairy at the same time--and we "kept" it a secret. We used to get a dollar per tooth and that was in the late 70's and early 80's.

Jordan has to stay young for one more year at least....

I have had my own vacations before without NC Beast...he wouldn't mind. I don't make any promises about leaving my cameras---I left my 2 35mm regular cameras home this past time. I used disposable 800 speed--I'm going to get those done soon.

Hi All. I'm back. Didya miss me? I've actually been trying to get all caught up from the time that I was visiting my sister and while I was at the scrapbook convention. I had a great time - both visiting my sister (and playing with niece & nephew) and at the convention. But now I'm absolutely wiped out so it's taking me a while to get through all of your posts.

Oh and to top it off, both of our air-conditioners (downstairs and upstairs) seem to be broken. Right now it's 90 degrees in the room I'm sitting in while only "only" 84 outside. But we have the AC set to 73 so obviously there's a problem here.

We went to see Lord of the Dance today, and took DN with us. It was good, but I must be a dance because I thought it could have been better. I don't know, I guess they just didn't look as sharp as I thought they could/should. (Plus I've seen it on TV - PBS when they have their membership drives - and it is so much better when Michael Flattley dances the lead.)

and I are doing fine - at least as far as I can tell. No m/s or anything for me. But like I've already mentioned, I'm quite tired right now. I think I've just been pushing myself too much without time for my mid-morning or afternoon nap. I just couldn't "waste" the time sleeping when I had to opportunity to play with a cute 3 1/2 year old and an adorable 1 1/2 year old. And at the convention there really wasn't time because I was doing some major shopping (well really mostly just looking around) between classes. I did go out to my car the first day for about an hour or so but it was really too hot to get any rest.

Speaking of hot, I'm dripping here so I think I'll go find a nice cool shower then try to get some sleep. I just hope it doesn't get as bad tonight as it was for me once when I had an apartment - the AC went out over 4th of July weekend and the only way I could get any sleep was to turn the ceiling fan on high and put on a wet t-shirt. I guess you call that a "personal swamp cooler".

RRBB I really enjoyed seeing you at O'Hanas and am happy you're back and doing well But that truly sucks about your air conditioning I can't sleep when I'm too hot so I feel for ya ......sure hope you're able to get some rest and hope that darn air conditioner gets fixed soon!

Well, it's really late here and this Tooth Fairy needs to hang up her wings for the night.....I've had enough fun snagging teeth and leaving $$$$....I also leave a trail of confetti from the window sill to the bed so it looks like Tooth Fairy dust .....it's so great being a parent
