Ok, so I am at work today. It's a beautiful day here in Kentucky. We went to a party for DH's work last night. It was really fun & the big guest for the night was UK basketball coach Tubby Smith. Whatever, I don't like UK basketball. He seems like a pretty nice guy though.

Barb!!! You have to go see Shrek today. Please go, please please please.

haha yeah right...more like pouring here in maine...a perfect day to see Shrek 2...except that my stupid piano recital is interrupting me day waaaah


I really do love playing the piano....if I didn't have to play in recitals. I get so nervous. My mom always says, "Caroline, you've run in a million running races, played in a million basketball and softball games, and you have run and high jumped in front of hundreds of people in the state track championships, why can you not play in front of people?"


It's way different. If you run, you can't really mess up and plus, not ALL of those people are looking just at YOU, they have their own kid/friend in the race...it's too hard

Yes, I am worse... RRBB was in a packing frenzy last night, and at 1:00 AM I got yelled at for not being more helpful. I am sooo Tired....

Just in case I don't get back before you leave - have a great trip Ohana and RRBB! Think of all of us while you are there, please remember to especially feel sorry for me that I couldn't come , buy lots and lots of stuff while you are there, eat lots and lots of good food, see the fireworks every chance you get and don't eat the wings at O'hanas if you can't handle cilantro!

Nieceosaurus be sure to look at the doll dresses in the Germany pavillion. Not sure exactly what your dress size is, but you may find something there that will work for you. just don't let Uncle Ohana see the price tag....

My excitement yesterday:

in the house which I captured in the window and set free, but it had me in a panic and tears.

. When I got in my truck to leave work, I closed the door after noticing the back window looked funny and it began falling in. I got out to look and it was completely shattered. From the storm, lightning or just pressure.

I dunno, but the guy picked it up this am to fix it and it's gonna cost me the deductible of $250. Grrrrrrrrr.

I am missing a meeting and Grant's <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_7_13.gif' border=0></a> game because of it.

I did see SHREK II last night with Grant. Dinner was lemonade light and buttered <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/5/5_8_8.gif' border=0></a>. We did enjoy it. Bichon Barb yep....thought of you.

Glad you stopped by. You know, I think a nice long vist on our Island may be just what you need. We have lots and lots of chocolate, beautiful gardens (both traditional English and a Japanees garden with tea house) a wonderful pool with swim up bar and many handsome guest celebrity bartenders. Set your worries aside and relax with us for a while. We also have the BarBQ king as one of our residents, so there is always good eats (plenty of tasty MEAT!).

Well at 12:30am last night (this morning) I was still up and typed a long/colorful post to y'all and then apparently never submitted it after previewing it!

One of the things was telling Bichon Barb about Tonga Toast.....that's already been covered.

OH....the reason I was up so late.........
worked late then decided after a loooong hard week at work I need to LAUGH. So I called PixieMagic and we went to a late showing of SHREK 2! Soooooo much fun!

Now I'm feeling the need to watch LOR:fellowship, but must get some chores done first! Although I could try and use the remnants of this cold as an excuse to still 'take it easy'

Well, since there's no one to talk to here....I'll mosey over to the CB and see what I missed yesterday...................

Sorry I haven't stopped in for awhile, no one seems to notice when I do anyways. Not much going on here. Countdown is under 10 days, and the school year is almost over. I'm gonna need some major pixie dust to help my kids do well on their End Of Course testing on Wednesday - Friday next week.

I really need to get outside and wash my car today, but they keep calling for rain. Maybe I'll just let that do it. I'd better get started on that list of stuff DF left for me to do today while she's at work.

Geffric...I read the post about your mom earlier this morning and didn't connect the name when I posted here....I just went throught the same thing sort of with my step mom (we were very very close).....prayers and time....and a trip to WDW would really help

Hey guys I have been really busy this morning but have finally got around to getting some pictures of my gardening work to share (I guess I told you so much about it when it was going on.)

OK I had to take the pictures out until I figure out how to make them smaller. The instructions on the tech board don't seem to work.
