. My heart aches for your family, cadburysmom On a brighter note, how do they handle the future cruise bookings on the ship? Do they tell you how much you will save (i.e. 25%, 5%?). Is there only a certain hour or two that you can sign up, or is it the whole cruise? I'm trying to talk DH into doing that while we're aboard, but all he does is look at the money. Dang.... some things are priceless, you know??
While on the
Disney Cruise, there is a special "Book A Future Cruise" desk that's open practically every night, but naturally no one really goes til the last night so it gets pretty busy. The perks of booking while still on the ship are you get 10% off the cruise itself and an onboard credit depending on the cruise cost. For example, if you pay around $2000.00 for the cruise, you get a $200 onboard credit. There is also a $250 per person deposit but it's totally refundable up until 60 days prior to the date of your next cruise, just in case you change your mind. You can also transfer your reservation to the
travel agent of your choice (like you

) We have always transferred ours to DreamsUnlimited because they give an extra rebate depending on the cost of the cruise. Also, I check the Disney website from time to time to see if the rate has lowered and if it has, I call DreamsUnlimited and they change it to the lower rate. They even check periodically and will let me know if my rate has lowered. I wish I had known you back in January so I could have transferred my reservation to you....I assume you can book Disney Cruises as well.
Also, I wanted to thank you and
llebrekniT for asking about my niece......they've taken her to the children's hospital in Chapel Hill this morning for more tests

....trying to decide whether to take action now or wait another few months. Two out of the three doctors they've seen so far have said to wait and let the hole in her heart heal by itself. Noone wants unnecessary surgery but we don't want to take any chances. Guess we'll see what the doctor in Chapel Hill says today.
And I'm having a blast taking care of my nephew, Alex......he's such a cutie-pie but he's wearing me out though....thank goodness he takes loooooong morning naps
Bichon Barb What handsome boys you have and please keep posting those pics!
