Alright, guys, I know you're sick of my sick posts, but in the spirit of keeping you updated, I took myself to the doctors and it turns out my cold turned into a massive sinus infection. So now I have lovely antibiotics for the next ten days. I don't care, as long as it works. I'm hurtin' bad, people. Hurtin' BAD!

I know all about sinus infections as I have lots of sinus issues. Hope you feel better soon. As long as the yogurt has live and active cultures, it's good. Yogurt with meds is good for both fighting off yeast and to help settle your stomach if the pills bother you. They make me quite ill. Like I have a stomach virus. I hope that is not the case with you.

When my dogs are on the couch, there is barely any room for me.

You need to just get rid of the couch and get a king size mattress.

I think any yogurt will do, since most of the regular kinds contain about the same amount of active cultures. I'm not sure if that new Activia kind works any different in this situation, or if it's meant to be used long-term to have day-to-day lasting results. My DH used his regular old yogurt that he eats anyway when he last took antibiotics.

Thanks, hon! I prefer some of the flavors that Yoplait has, and I see it's on sale at one of the local stores so I'm going to have DH pick some up for me on his way home.

Thanks, hon! For me it depends on the type of antibiotic, although they can wreak havoc on me in one particular way, I usually don't feel ill otherwise.

I didn't even know that was possible, but it is! First time ever.

Did I know? You are asking the wrong person. I have throbbing teeth all the time with sinus headaches. My nose also throbs like it has it's own heartbeat.
