Well, realtor calls DH this morning for a showing this afternoon. She had asked about one for today back on Saturday, but I had said the time was bad and gave her times that were good. Never heard back over the weekend, so she calls...this morning.:headache: They backed the time up by one whole hour... DH said No, no good, and gave reasons why. Phone call ends, realtor calls back 5 minutes later - the people really, really want to see the house, today is their only day, that is the only time they can come and various other sob story elements. DH gives in and calls me at work so I know not to head home when I get out.

So not only did I not end up having time to fix a dinner for DH to take to work, but these people who just "had" to see the house left a huge, nasty ol' cigarette butt right on our front walk!!!!!!! DH said "If they want the house they're gonna pay full price!":rotfl:

Is selling a house usually such a pain???!

Ok, daily rant over... I need to go work on DH5's skeleton costume!

Ok, I'd be mad. They were totally pushy and rude to leave garbage at your house. Somehow I doubt these are the type of people that will be pleasant to deal with.

I just finished the skeleton costume!! It is SO cute!!! I'll take a pic when it's all put together. Right now I need to put the pieces on some carboard and spray them with glow-in-the-dark spray.

:dance3:

p.s. Mean Queen: you're right, they sound like the type of people who would nit-pick EVERY thing in a sale contract. Phooey!! So, if they want it, it's full price and no addendums!:snooty:

I like your DH's style. :thumbsup2

Just let me know an address......

Yes, the air in Hershey, PA does smell like chocolate. It is the best air pollution EVER!!!!!

Our fish died today. It was fish #2 and lasted about 6 weeks. It was named Tinkerbell. :tinker:

Sorry about your fish! We've lost a bunch over the years. My kids are always so sad...:sad1: We've got a pretty good rodent graveyard going in our back yard right now! Several mice, a couple of gerbils and one hamster. Complete with little headstones made from scrap wood.

Ok, real, actual chocolate from Hershey, PA... YUM-O!!!!!!!! PM'd you my address - you are so thoughtful!:goodvibes

Thank you so much for all this chocolate talk. :headache: Publix had Hershey candy buy one, get one free so I had to get myself some Hershey bars with Almonds. I got DH the Reeses. I went to Hershey Park as a kid and want to take my girls. We may go next year when my little one is a bit older, but my older one won't be too old. Not that you're ever too old for chocolate. I just loved the garbage cans shaped like Kisses.

BTW - For some reason, I think this smiley :snooty: is just too cute.

Let me know if you decide to come, maybe we can arrange a meet of some sort.

SmileyBug, can we tempt you out with some of this yummy chocloate?!!??

Yoo-hoo!...

Maybe she did indeed foam herself into the wall!:rotfl:

Good morning everyone. That chocolate looks very nice...:upsidedow Thats so cool that you have chocolate smelling air. If only it was like that down here...

Hello all! I made it home before 8:00 AM - that hardly ever happens. But I have this feeling that I forgot to do something before I left work. Ever get that feeling? Whenever I get the feeling it turns out that I'm right. Oh well, I'm not going back so whatever it was - too bad!

:lmao: I hate that feeling! When I start to get like that, I begin writing down everything because I know I'm having a brain fart and need to do something to get it working again.

Ummmm, are you wearing your shoes???:confused3

my van is experiencing technical difficulties so dinner was put on hold (on the back burner) and so were the other "jobs" I reluctantly want(ed) to do. Trust me, I rather be here than what I was doing.

BTW, dd got a perfect score on her Hopi Indian report. She got an extra comment on creativity. Teacher said, "love it!".

If you own a family vehicle, what do you all have? We're looking to get a Honda Odyssey. If you have one what made you pick what you have?
