Hey does anyone know if they're going to delete the old, large locked threads? I know the boards are down tonight for a few hours. Since it was mentioned that the large ones were being locked due to slowing things down, I'm just wondering if they'll get rid of them, taking up space?
Well, Leah Loves Disney PM'd me to tell me the thread was closed. I PM'd you and Lego Mom, but not any of the others just yet. I went in to take a look at the old thread and the CLOSED message at the bottom made me kind of sad.
My interview was kind of last minute. In fact, I left work to come home and change. . goodvibes
The superintendent I would report to called around 10:00 and we made plans to meet at 2:00. I asked who else would be there and he said just his boss so I was comfortable with it. It was more of a conversation than an interview. They gave good insight on what the challenges are, the type of person they need, etc. It was a good interview and I'm positive I did well and they were impressed. I'm glad it's over with.

While I like my tags, they're like chocolate, you always want more than you know you should have.
We don't want to lose our old friends!!So it sounds like it's more of a done deal if they were just telling you what the job entails rather than trying to see if you were right for the job.
Now - maybe to get this thread moving again we should start trying to think of ways to get a new tag added? Or even see if we can magically make one scroll or blink or move in some way?
Honestly, I feel worse for THEM! They loved the house (first time buyers) and were so exicted, but their financing approval from the bank was based on both incomes. Can you imagine having the rug yanked out from under you like that? So sad, really. 
Since my dad is also involved in this (he's also on the deed/mortgage) we'll be discussing what we do next, but in all honesty I would not be disappointed if we decided to take it off the market and wait another year, see what the economy and housing market does by then.
When 5 of us can fly round-trip NH to Orlando for less than $1,000 that's a deal!!
