...well, guys, have a great day - gotta go to my 2nd period class now....![]()
...we just can't see anything on youtube.....
Some of my 4 year olds are the best ones! But I have 34 girls and really mamas need to be out there to pay attention to their children.
This is an open park and like I've said--there are 34 girls out there. With all the things that could happen to a child, I would never leave my children out there! That's why dh and I coach--we are going to be there anyway, so we might as well coach. Like I said, I left the little girl with another parent and another coach--neither one left until the little girl's mom got there. It doesn't matter now, though--we aren't going to have her back. It's bad for the kid and I would take back the kid anytime, but I can't deal with that parent.
Yay for a January trip! Now, I expect a great PTR and TR from you, young lady!![]()
Good morning ya'll.
Sorry for the drama creativeamanda.
ITS FRIDAY!!![]()
Hey youse guyes.
I have a question.....To all of you that have chickens and their coops. Do they attract snakes? My dad raised pigeons for a while and he did have the occasional snake. I want some chickens and hubby is on board to do this. I just don't want the occasional snake.
Didn't we just have this convsation a page or two back??!....something along the lines of, if I get geese to guard them I would end up regretting it?!
I just did a quick Google on this subject and found an interesting forum:

I think if anything, the snakes will be keeping mice and rats at bay, which is a good thing. Obviously you don't want to run across one every time you go to collect eggs. The structure that's here that I'm converting to a coop has very small-mesh wire around it. Only a very slim Ribbon snake could fit through the squares! Someone on that forum there said that Guinea hens will take care of snakes - I may look further into that!

Our cats take care of the snakes around the chicken coop. . .

LegoMom....you know I DON'T DO SNAKES.
Hey, do you wanna know something weirdly strange and strangely weird about snakes?!.....even with the head removed, if you grab the snake's tail, the front will still whip around like it's trying to bite you!
Good night all!.....sweet dreams!
