I'll try to clean it up when I leave tomorrow so you find it nice and tidy.
I had a great day at Epcot yesterday with my friends. The guys took the kids to the park by themselves! Very brave.
Here's a mini-trip report:
I woke up ASAP to get the BUS for EMH at DHS. Just as I walked up, the DHS bus drove away. So I was in for a wait by myself. 15 minutes later, another bus showed up to transport me to fame and fortune. I was determined to be one of the first on TSM so I could have a high score, even if for a short while. I had to wait at the bus stop for my friends who were staying at Treehouse Villas. Finally, it was time to wait again for the park to actually open. Then it was time to wait for the herding of the crowd to TSM. (NOTE: If you like any other ride, tough, they only seem to herd you to TSM at opening.) As we got to the ride, we decided to get on rather than get a FP. We actually saw someone knock over a girl about 12 then keep walking to get their FP.

Crazy! But we couldn't stop, we were still be herding all the way through the ride. We managed to be 22-25 in line!

We were led very quickly through the maze to the ride, so if you wanted to see any of the scenery... tough. Finally, on the ride, I managed to get 146,400. A good score. But was it good enough? NO! The lowest high score was 154,100. As we got off my friends shared their scores, one was 154,100. She got third place. So while my dreams of limited fame and fortune were shot, she for probably a few brief minutes enjoyed it.
When we walked out, the FP line was almost as long as the ride line now. We decided to have some pastries at Starring Rolls then take off for Epcot. We took a long boat ride over rather than the bus. We ended up at the back of the World Showcase, which was currently closed. We meandered to the front, reading the kiosk menus as we went by, planning our lunch trip around the world.
