Anybody have and use Tae Bo? I have the tapes I got them long ago when I was doing WW and did them for a short time then enroll in collage course and working full time and school full time leave little time for anything else.

Well anyway I hardly work now(well I have a 10 month old and thats tons of work) and would like to get a Tae Bo routine going as well as daily walk/stroll just to be moving on days off of that. I gotta have my hubby hook up the VCR though. I will talk to him tonight about hooking it up so when/if my daughter takes a nap I can pop the tape in and do them. Its getting much to hot here to walk outside especailly taking a baby.

Anyone here use Tae Bo? Or am I alone?

I do Tae Bo occasionally. Moreso in the winter, when I can't walk outside. I only have the first tapes - the basic and advanced. The only thing that really annoys me is that he isn't "even" on both sides. He'll get to talking, and you'll do twice as many leg kicks on that side because he was jabbering away.

But other than that, they are high energy, and I like 'em. :)

I love doing tae bo! I have severeal videos, a beginner one which is a half an hour and two other ones that are intermediate/advanced that go for an hour, which I have to say, it takes a lot to get through the hour long ones. I thought Billy Blanks was trying to kill me the first time I tried it! Regardless, I love doing them when I get tired of using my treadmill. It keeps me from getting bored plus I think it's really fun. You feel very empowered. ::yes:: :D

I have them and I love Taebo. I have been doing the firm lately, but I still miss doing Taebo. You get great results while doing it especially through the waistline area. I was in the store and saw the new Taebo contact with the bag.............I wanted it so badly. I think if I continue to buy more exercise things, dh is gonna make me use a room for exercise equipment or banish me to the garage :o

A little off subject. But when I seen your post I had to look twice because I thought I was looking at something I had posted. I too have the eyore picture under my name and joined this board may 2004. Not to mention I glanced at your count down timer and noticed that I too am taking a WDW trip with my dh and son May 2006. And to top every thing off my son is also 10 months. His first birthday is coming up real soon.(July 1st)
Wow talk about coincedence.

My mother and I was doing these tapes for a while a few months ago. I really enjoyed them. The days we didn't do them I would wait for dh to get home from work to watch our little one so I could actually finish the whole workout. Dh got a real kick out of watching me do tae bo. I guess I did look a little funny.

Good luck with your tapes.

Also wanted to add your little one sure is cute!

That is funny.

There is a slight chance we may move our trip up to 2005 but I doubt it we got some saving to do.

:)

Have you decide on a week in May yet?

We haven't decided on a specific week yet. I am excited to take little one to Disney World. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and also at Christmas when I was pregnant with noah (my little one) I have been asking others about their first trips with their little ones and what their favorite age was to take them. So thats how I came up with May 2006. I figure he'll be exzactly 2 months away from his 3rd birthday(gee that sounds funny) so he will meet the under 3 gets in free requirements for the parks and character meals. And he will be young enough yet to really be in the magic.(he'll still believe) As a srcapbooking mom how awesome will that be to capture it all through photos.

I'm trying to learn to scrapbook now. I only got a few things. Still gotta get paper and stuff before I can get started any.

We haven't decided yet either on a week in May. Probably will be early May though before it starts getting more hot and humid.
