Tables not released for January yet?

So we are trying to book our ADRs for January and we are within the 180 day window. However it says that there is nothing available for our requested time and when we called the reservation line they said that the tables hadn't been released. Anyone able to give any insight on when tables will be released? Right now we are 178-184 days out for our trip and I am worried that the tables will be filled up.

For the record the restaurants are Le Cellier, Bistro de Paris, and others in Epcot.

Possibly related to the no EMH details too?

Either WDW are getting a little behind or something is planned for?

I just tried to book Le Cellier for January 13th, which is 180 days from today and it gave me dinner times without any issue. Bistro de Paris did come up with nothing I am going to be booking my reservations in a few days so I am a little worried as well. I was hoping Disney would address this issue and either fix it or explain it but I guess not!

I've been told by several CMs that Bistro de Paris isn't in the reservation system for 2013 yet. It's the last ADR I want that I need to make... But none of the CMs have had an estimate for me. Just "any time now"!
