Table Service used as Counter?

I have had conflicting CM info on this...many of us think" why would you want to?" but if it's a time issue in the end and you have 1 or 2 TS left over and kids want to eat and run on last day...
I would think you could, b/c CS are so much less than TS, but I have been told yes and no by CM's.
Have any of you done this before?

Well, my info is second hand from reading a trip report here on DIS. I remember that the poster's husband got ill on the last day of their trip and they had all ts credits left but no cs credits and all they wanted was something from the All Stars food court and that they wouldn't take the ts credits. That was about 2 months ago so it may have changed.
