T-shirt transfers from Disney Store?

Has anyone used these? I bought some for 90% off this weekend! But after getting home and reading the instructions, they say "temporary transfers." I'm just wondering how "temporary" they really are. Will they come off in the first wash? Or worse, do they only partially come off in the wash, ruining the shirt as well? I love to hear if anyone has used these. Thanks!

I just washed mine for the first time (buzz, Mickey, Cars). All of the fabric "patches" came off either in the wash or dryer. I have some wonder-under so I will try and re-attach them with with that. A couple of the decals are peeling but I'm going to re-iron them and see how they turn out. So, yes, they are temporary!

I did the same thing..bought them for 90% off then read the tag when I got home. I wondered if I washed them on gentle cycle and hanged to dry if they would stay on better... I am going to try anyway.

Do the shirts look OK after the transfer comes off, or is there a residue or mark left over? It would be nice to make DH some Mickey and Mater shirts to wear while we're at WDW. I know he'd never wear them again, so the transfers peel off in the wash, and he's back to a plain old shirt when we come home.

DD4, on the other hand, will FREAK OUT if her new shirt is ruined after one wash! I may make some temporary princess and Minnie shirts for myself as well, and stick to my standard transfers from the wonderful ladies on the Creative Dis boards for my girls. I'm glad I didn't spend more than 60 cents on these things.

That must be a new thing, I didn't see them at mine the last time I was there, if they are washing off I would wash the shirt b4 you iron on??? I didn't that for the t-shirts we did for Disney w/our iron ons
