SYR to MCO Tickets

Disneyolic-
My sister did tell me someone stopped and said HI
she just doesn't get the Disney thing...she has never been.
She thinks I a nut anyway. I wish I was there maybe next time.
Getting closer to MNSSHP for the first time...can't wait.
Talk to you again ..

Don't give up on TransMeridian so quickly... they are definitely having a bumpy start, but it doesn't mean that they are a bad airline. If nothing else, the fact that it is a non-stop flight from SYR to Orlando is amazing! And the price really can't be beat, we just flew down there for $140 roundtrip each. The flight times are convenient for spending extra days in WDW -- they get to Florida by 10:30 in the morning and don't leaving until 7:15 at night. It works out really well if you want to get in a little extra time at the parks! Sanford airport isn't too far away from Orlando, and since it is a smaller airport, you don't have to go through the crazy crowds at MCO. I got food on both flights as well, which I haven't gotten on major airlines when I have flown recently. Overall, it was a great experience with the airline.

We are traveling via TMA in 8 days. Overall, has anyone had a bad experience with them? How long does it take to get to WDW from Sanford?

Gregsb,
I know some people have had problems with their flights being cancelled and not getting notification quick enough. I havent heard of any problems specifically with the flights themselves. From Sanford to WDW, it seemed to take about a half hour. We did stop for groceries on the way, so I am not quite sure. It isn't a bad drive though.

I know that someone else has already mentioned this but if you are not too far on the east side of Syracuse you might want to try Rochester. We live about a mile from the airport and have been really happy with AirTran from ROC to MCO. We have also gone to Buffalo to fly SWA (they don't fly out of ROC) but would rather have assigned seats with AirTran. Plus the direct flight prices have been really cheap ($59 1 way) so we can't beat that with the larger airlines.

Anyway-
HTH!
