We request Susana on the Wonder every time we go. I usually go and request her when we get on board while the Palo team are taking dining reservations. If the server is just coming back from vacation they may not be in the Palo rotation yet - we've actually been able to request her as part of our dining team in the main dining room when this happened to us last time.

Now I know who to request when we are on the Wonder! Anyone know someone to request on the Fantasy? Not that it really matters. They are all great- some are just a notch above the rest. We've had Marco before and really liked him. We're going to be on the Fantasy in 20 days!

We had Sylvio on the Fantasy last September and requested him again when we got on the Fantasy for our 4/2/18 cruise. We will be requesting him again for our Very Merry later this year.
