Switching seats at check-in

We rebooked our flights w/ Jetblue because of the great sale. That being said the lady on the phone assigned our new seats. She did put us together which is great. Anyhow, on the first leg of our flight going to Orlando she has us in row 6. I'd prefer to be further back. Seems less crowded back there. Thankfully after she booked that, I asked her to please put us in the 20 something's, or at least high teens.
Anyhow, has anyone ever asked at check-in about switching seat assingments?

Sure you can do that. Not sure if Jet Blue does it but most airlines when you check in online at the 24 hour mark allow you to switch seats.
