Switching resorts while at magic kingdom?

We are currently at mk. We are staying at csr and just can't handle how big it is. We are willing to spend more and upgrade to a deluxe.
I feel stupid asking conceirge at csr and we are also at Magic kingdom all morning and would like to know if there's anywhere in the park that can help us call resorts?

calling resorts will only get you a call center. I suggest you talk to someone at the concierge to see what they can do for you.

Yes, that's what I thought. So would I go to city hall's conceirge at mk to do that or do they just deal with park questions?

Don't feel stupid talking to concierge, they deal with this every day. Honestly, that's what they're there for, and I'm sure they'd rather make a guest happy by getting them a room at another resort than have you stay at CSR and be miserable.

If you don't want to leave the park, though, start with city hall at MK. If they can't help you, they can tell you who to call that can help.
