Switching a canceled cruise info.

I just hung up with DCL. I was switching my canceled cruise for a cruise I already booked for 2021.
They can now just switch the funds over to an existing reservation without having to cancel anything.
It took 5 minutes.
On hold for almost an hour.

**I forgot to ask about the OBB, I'm so aggravated, I have to call back now.
I had one on each cruise, I will call in the morning.

Interesting, I wonder why.
I sent an email to DCL because I didn't want to hold again.
I will let you know the response.

Well thanks we might do that for the cruise next year that who knows if we’ll be able to take.
