Does the device display the results or just a code? By that, I mean do you know if you are negative or positive before you receive the formal email results? We’ve used them and were very pleased with the experience and speed of the results. You do need good wi-fi. One person in your group makes an account and then adds others in party as dependents so that you can all do the test in the same session. You join a virtual queue to connect with the nurse and once connected she walks each person separately through the test. The machine runs for about 30 minutes before giving the result. You photograph that and upload it to your account and Switch sends the formal results certificate via email almost instantaneously. I have seen reports of some kits not working so it’s worth having a back up plan just in case. Also don’t put the batteries in the kit until directed to do so by the nurse. We carried the kits in our carry on luggage with no issues. Delivery took a couple of days from ordering. It’s worth joining their waitlist if the kits are sold out when you go to buy them. I did that the other week and received an email the next day saying that they were back in stock.
