Sweet Tomatoes at Crossroads...

Ever since Kathy's blog about this restaurant, I have been dying to go there. We are hoping to check it out next week.

I signed up for their emails and checked out thier website. I am still confused about how much dinner costs, though.

Do you pay one price and choose what ever you want? Or do you pay for each item you choose? Is the potato bar a diffferent price?

If it's anything like the others (and I'm sure it is), then it's one price. The only extras are drinks and you can buy some chicken to put in your salad that's like $1.29 more.

I was there about a month ago. Dinner was under $10.00 (I think it was something like $9.49). Includes everything except beverage and certain add ons for your salad (which you really don't need since there is SO much to eat). Good food. Great price. Save room for desert.

Just had lunch there the other day.

As others have said....everything is included in one price except your drink. You can also add a portion of grilled chicken to your salad for a small price.

Most of the items are veggie. There are items that contain small amounts of meat....chili, turkey noodle soup, tuna - tarragon noodles etc......but for the most part it's a salad, soup (usually 7 or 8 varieties), potato, bread dessert bar.

Everything is fresh. You can really fill up and you are eating healthy.

In addition....most of the stuff is deliccious

I couldn't agree more! I love Sweet Tomatoes. I discovered this restaurant almost 6 years ago during a convention in Orlando and have been a fan ever since. It was a pleasant break to very heavy food. The soups are wonderful (yes even in 90+ weather).

It's called Souplantation on the Left Coast. We eat there at least a couple times a month.
