SWDAS What to do & when question

Hi All,
I just made final payment for our cruise in April. I booked everything that I wanted for SWDAS but I want to make sure I scheduled the right times. The activities are mostly still open so I can switch times if need be. Here is what I booked, please critique and tell me if I should change anything. I don't know order of events or whats happening on that day so I'm a little concerned.

10:15-11:00- BBB Galactic Transformation for 3 Kids
1:45 Jedi Training for 3 Kids.

Should i switch the makeovers to the afternoon/evening or are they best done in the morning?
Does anything else exciting happen at 1:45 for when we had jedi training?
Does anyone have a navigator for the day?

My kids and husband really love SW, so I'm trying to help them have the best day.

Definitely book the BBB early so that your kids will get to be all ready to go as the day starts! There will be lots of characters roaming the ships plus there usually a few costume celebrations throughout the day. There's usually one around the afternoon...I want to say 1 or 2 pm, and then another in the evening, maybe 4-5pm ish. They are a lot of fun and you get to see all the guest's costumes. Not sure how the schedule changes next year but that was what we experienced last year! Are you able to book character meet n greets online too? If so I would do so for right after the BBB appointment.
