Does anyone know if the Swan/Dolphin have the "Hey Disney" Echo Show that the other Disney properties have? The kids were excited for that added bonus. If they do not, I would want to let them know before hand.

Does the Swan have it's own pool too---or is it just the Dolphin?

The main pool is between the two resorts, easy access from both.

To add to @Scott R. Scherr 's post. There are 5 pools. Take the plunge in the grotto pool, a stunning 3-acre tropical oasis featuring lush greenery, waterfalls, rock caves, and a twisting waterslide. Enjoy a casual conversation among family and friends in the nearby spring pool, a haven for casual swimmers. Or experience a more competitive workout in one of the 2 lap pools. A total of 4 whirlpool spas.

This is a Marriott hotel, so no. Hey Disney is exclusive to Disney Resorts Collection hotels.

Since it is just a Alexa subscription you can purchase for example on your home Amazon Show or other Alexa device. @TOBS2010 you can also have Hey Disney at home for $5.95 per year, and the Disney Soundscapes are free.

Honestly the feature pool here is about a million times nicer than say BLTs and even some of the other Deluxe resorts.

Just as a caveat I do like the Swan much more than the Dolphin. If anything the Dolphin has more of the "Marriott" feel that people talk about. Something about Swan is so quaint and quiet and if you really wanted to pretend then you can think of the theming as a cross between OKW and Caribbean Beach. And if you do book Swan keep checking prices...like daily lol. They really do fluctuate big time.

the Grotto pool is super fun. Get water shoes because the concrete was HOT.

Like a lot said above, and having stayed at both, I think the Swan gets you more bang for your buck. Also, for me, I like getting the Marriott points as well. Also, my son was once walked in on in the shower by a maid at the Boardwalk while he was in the bathtub (I had put the do not disturb on and had just left for a couple minutes). The next day, we were promised no maids would come. But, a male one tried to get in EVEN WITH the do not disturb on, but this time I had him put the chain on while I was gone and would text him when I was returning. He was so traumatized by it all, he refused to ever stay at a Disney property again. So, this is our compromise.
