Getting to go to WDW for our anniversary and with the great rates and discounts at the Swan and Dolphin (and the heavenly beds..ha) we are going to stay at one of these properties. Can someone please tell me which would be best for an adult weekend, which room to try and book, is the concierge worth it?? Thanks. We plan to go in May and are going to Epcot and MGM with dinner ressies at California Grill and Victoria and Alberts.

Well...........l...
I hear that renovations at the Swan are complete and all rooms have the new Heavenly Beds................

but then again...the king rooms at the Dolphin with the turret balcony would be quite romantic too even without a heavenly bed.....

lots of threads on this board on the relative merits of the two hotels.....

decisions decisions..........

have fun!! :)

We just stayed in a king room/with the two balconies at the Dolphin....it was excellent. We have always liked the feel of the dolphin a little better than the swan...a little more laid back.

Either way, you will have a great time.

I haven't been to either yet, but am staying at the Dolphin in June. I just wanted to alert you to another thread called "Swan/Dolphin on hotwire" which discusses the great deal you may be able to get on these hotels on hotwire. We got the Dolphin for $81/night.
