Goodness, who knew it could be so hard to find rack rate info online 
I am a Westin frequent stay member, and I read that we can exchange so many points to get 50% off the rack rate.
Unfortunately, I can only find "special online rates" on the Westin site and various travel sites.
Anyone know what it usually is (or at least what the first digit tends to be
