Swan/Dolphin Question

If we decide to stay in the Swan or Dolphin, a good deal with my nurses discount, can we still purchase the dining plan? I would really like to try those luxurious beds!!!

Sorry, but the dining plan is not available at the Swan and Dolphin, only at Disney owned resorts.

No. I know someone that works for Starwood Hotels. (Owners of Swan/Dolphin) I could have stayed at the Swan/Dolphin for $49 a night with her discount, but decided not to beause we couldn't get the dining plan. And since it's free for our trip, I just paid the $82 at Pop.
