SWA refundable tickets

With SWA refundable tickets, do I actually get a monetary refund or just a 1 year tracel voucher? I know this sounds like it should be common sense, but a few of the other threads have confused me.

You'd get a monetary refund if you cancel - they would credit the credit card used to make the original purchase.
