our intended return flight on sun, 10/5, was $109 on the day SWA opened fares thru oct.
silly me waited.....and by the following morning (march 4), the price had gone up - continued to rise up to $188.

i've been checking constantly, & this morning it was $109 :cool1:

(i had booked the next day rtn (monday) at $109, but that meant missing another day of work, and then finding somewhere to sleep that night).

lesson learned, book quickly ;)

You can change the date if you want to go with your original plan. When you check prices, be sure to check for the number of tickets you need, not just 1.

thanks....but i had rebooked :)

btw, there may be only one (or 2....) tickets available at a certain fare, so it is advisable to check for not only the amount of tix one needs, but also for fewer.
saving money on one ticket is better than none :thumbsup2 we were fortunate that at least 2 tix were available at the lower price.

Right, you would have separate reservations. I'm not sure what happens if you have a reservation for 4 and the price goes down for 2. I guess you would have to cancel 2 and rebook on a separate res.
