Swa-open!

Nailed flights to MCO 109.00 from Islip!

Same here (going down Aug 22)! We were able to get all 4 tickets down (and 2 of the 4 return tickets) on points at $109. That flight is up to $130 now.

The return flights (Aug 30) actually went up as I was in the process of booking. I was booking 2 tickets with my points and when I checked out, it only processed one and said it could not complete the other one. I went back in and the price increased (from $141 to $155 - it's up to $176 now), costing me 800 extra points  . That seemed wrong to me to do that. I was checking out, completing a purchase for 2 tix at the price I was quoted, and they didn't honor that.

Is it me, or have they cut back the schedule of flights both ways between ISP & MCO? Can't understand why they would do that. They always fill those flights, so the demand is definitely there.

Got $123 non-stop coming and going Ind to Mco (plus I paid $10 each way for my seat on Airtran).

We got $302 rt from PHL. BWI would have been $50 cheaper per person but not worth it to make the drive.

$129 pp each way from Milwaukee. I was hoping for $109 like last October, but if it goes down I'll just rebook and get a credit. At the moment the flights I booked are sold out already!

I had the same thing happen while booking my SIL flight for Aug 23rd. I really needed a non stop on the 24th for her but the only one offered was 8:20 at night. For whatever reason, the 3:30 was never opened to us:confused3; Not Happy! )

You did get some good prices 109.00 down and 2 o/o 4 at 109.00 coming back. I got 109.00 going down on the 19th on points but coming home on the 29th was 144.00:sad2: but I booked it anyway. Good thing I did because by midday it was marked as sold out. I don't see any non stops available now for my dates.

SWA has definitely cut back, especially on the non-stop flights between ISP and MCO. I can almost seeing us not getting flights next year. I don't think we'd fly with a change over. Maybe it's time for a road trip!

These aren't terrible prices! Last year I got stuck paying close to 150.00 each way .

$139e/w Chicago MDW-ORD. Only one return flight at $139, the rest were crazy!

I booked 1 way chicago midway to Orlando for $139 but am still deciding what to do about the return flight .... I have my choice of times at $139 for the return flight but I thought the price might drop more before September but now I'm thinking maybe I should just book. Hmm, decisions ;-)

Seeing $139 one-way fares on Southwest out of Chicago makes me think my American Airlines reservation on hold @ $278 RT from Champaign for early December is a good deal! I think I'll buy it. :teeth:
