SWA flight experience

We flew SWA for the 1st time last week to MCO and returned this week.

Verdict: We'll use SWA again over other airlines! I loved the relaxed, friendly employee demeanor. On the outgoing flight, the FA and pilot were a hoot with their quick wit over the speakers. On the return flight, the interiors had been remodeled with leather seats. We had A boarding passes and sat up front. No problems at all with boarding.

I love SWA. So much so that I am leary about flying anyone else. I feel totally safe in their hands, I can truly relax and enjoy the flight. The "Cattle Call" thing does not bother me at all, as they always get us to our destination safe and on time. I agree about their employees, they are very friendly and very professional!

We love SWA, too. Sign up for their frequent flier program -- it's much easier to earn flights than most other airlines.

Thanks for the positive reviews !! We're flying SWA for the first time in Dec. - they are new to Philly - so far their customer service has been excellent when my rates went (way!) down - they took care of everything with a wonderful attitude !! I've been waiting for an airline that doesn't charge for changes and lets you use your credit towards any ticket for anyone !

We always fly SWA to Disney - they are really great!!!
