I have never made an airline reservation before now, so I am terribly confused. I am trying to book a flight for July and the best available rate I can get is the "Fun Fare" rate. What I don't understand is.....what is the difference in these rates other than prices? Reading the various topics about SWA, it is my understanding that no matter which rate you get, you can get a credit to apply to future reservations if you can get a cheaper rate (DING)? My return flight will be in August, so I will have to wait for those dates to come out.
