SW site down?

Has anyone been able to get into SW to view reservations or book a new flight?

I can't get in there, for the last 20 minutes.

I just got off the phone with SW. I tried to book EBCI last night and couldn't....couldn't even get on hold....tried 3x and got a busy signal.

The rep said the site is down, she can't access it either, and doesn't know when it will be fixed.

Hope this will save someone a call and time on hold

I just used the southwest app on my iPad to check flights..so maybe the website is up and running again

This is really scary for me as we changed our reservation when the big sale was offered on Tuesday and now it doesn't show our flights! I'm pretty sure it will all be fixed soon but it is scary when you look up your reservation and it won't show it!

I worried for nothing. Our reservations are showing up and the site seems to be working again. Yay!

Seems to be up now (just tried it). Yesterday it was intermittent for me.

I booked some flights today around noon (EDT) with no issues.

I did get on last night, well this morning actually. I got my reservation all screwed up, my previous $102 credit went to $12 now. I got completely confused. The fares were no longer $80 like they were earlier, but one was $89 so that is close.

I have now been on hold with Southwest for about an HOUR to try and straighten it out. And that is using the priority number for Rapid Rewards.

What is the best phone number to get thru to a human at Southwest??

I have been trying to get thru for 2 days. Last night I held on for almost 90 minutes, and finally had to go to bed, it was almost 2am. Today I am trying again, and have been on hold 30 minutes so far.

I read to use the Rapid rewards number? But that is not helping. Should I just use the regular number? Very frustrated, first could not get into the website yesterday afternoon, now can't get thru on the phone. (can get on website now)
