SW out of Phila ???

Anyone know anything about this yet. We usually fly out of Phila and was hoping to hear something about this. When will a schedule be available???

southwest said that they will not be flying out of philly until may 09, 2004 and when they released their schedule last month, they only released it to may 08. i believe the rumor is some time this month for the rest of may. i am hoping that it will help drive usair's prices down!

This would be perfect since we are not going until Sept. I hope it does drive Us air's fares down. We usually fly US air but around $200 a ticket. Hopefully SW will be lower.

When SW enters a market it usually does drive everyone's rates down on the routes they fly. While SW bookings for September probably won't be available until March or April, don't hesistate to check on other airlines' fares for September as soon as SW posts their May rates. Many of the major airlines have bookings available 11 months or so in advance and may start adjusting later fares to lock in that business before people can book on SW.
