I made my reservations over the phone. A better flight time came up on the regular SW web site and I wanted to change. I tried to do it on-line and it came up that I couldn't (little man with the crossed flags - "please call..." etc., etc.) So I did call and got the change, no problem.
Now, I'm watching the Ding and hoping for a cheaper rate. If one comes up, will I have to call to cancel and then quick get the Ding on-line? Do you think I'll be able to cancel on-line in one window and snag the Ding in another open window?
Dings for November should be coming soon. I'm stressing and it could be for nothing, right?

. i was freaking out
. lucky for me there was another flight that same day just a little later. i would have had 7 other people very upset with me if i told them i lost their ding.
