When I was at Disney two weeks ago I was told that I couldn't use the RCA check in because I flew Airtran in, but I was flying SW out.
I swear I've been able to use RCA in this same situation before, so why now?
I was told wrong?
I asked a few times, and all 4 people working the counter just told me sorry, and that was after I pointed to the sign that lists both Airtran and SW on the participating airlines.
They didn't really offer an explanation, and I was so caught off guard and annoyed that I didn't really ask too many questions. Especially since they weren't going to try to help and I only had 1 bag and was traveling alone.
But now I have a trip planned in 2 months with myself, DH and our 4 and 1 yr old. We again are flying SW down, but Airtran back home, so I'm thinking of switching our flights so I am able to use the RCA.
Any help would be appreciated. If I don't have to move things around, I don't want to.
