SW 50,700 points finally avaiable!

Just got my points..DH should be in any day! Booked 5 flights down and 2 flights back from Pittsburgh.....53,000 points left for 3 flights back!

When did you apply/get approved? I am ever so impatiently waiting for mine. It says my first payment was due April 14, so I am hoping that means this cycle will close any day now and I'll finally get mine deposited!

Payment due 4/7......first purchase was just a few days after getting it......DH got his a few days later........check the rewards site not the chase site.....the chase site did not show the bonus points but the rewards site did!!!

Still 6000 going south but 8600 coming home......still enough points for a rental car 9 nights too!!!! Not bad, 5 R/T flights and a rental car!

My points posted less than 2 weeks after first using the card.

The flights out of PIT stink now. We now have connections in BWI My boys are excited because they get to fly on 4 planes instead of 2 but my DH and I know better! Hoping that the non-stop back to PIT goes down in price so I can rebook at some point but we be fine either way!

We got our cards last week and our statement close date is 3/18 (I called and asked them to move it up a few days). But I have a question...I have yet to receive anything with my Rapid Rewards # on it, just the credit card. The Chase guy said I would get something separate from SW with that info...how long did it take you guys to get that, or is there somewhere I should be looking? I've never signed up for anything other than the credit card.

We already had RR #'s so we did the application we just used our exisiting numbers. A friend of mine signed up for RR and then the credit card.

You CC from Chase should have your name on it and then under it it should have RR#. If there is a number there then that is your RR #. If you do not have a number under it then there is no RR account associated with your card. I would call Chase and see how you have to get a RR acct associated with a card now.

Does anyone know if the Southwest price guarantee works for tickets purchased with Rapid Reward points? The price for tickets has skyrocketed and if they go down, I'd love to think I'd get a refund of points.

Ok, how the heck do you get on the rewards site? What number do you use? Signed up myself and DBF for the rewards site but it doesn't appear they're linked to the credit card in any way.

What Chase number did you call? I'm thinking I would like to call and find out more, since our entire trip rests on me snagging a particular airfare and those fares are rising.
