I didn't get to see Survivor last night (was working) I did catch a glimpse (in the ER waiting room) of one of the challenges (the weight bearing one) and I saw who was voted off. I had my dd tape it. I am anxious to see the plan unfold on how they planned to get rid of my man, Rupert. I did see Jon's face, HA!, at TC.

My DS was the one who was most excited when Rupert wasn't voted off. He kept saying, "please, don't let it be Rupert!" When it was Trish, he jumped off the couch and started dancing and chanting, "Go Rupert, It's your birthday. Uhuh."

It was funny to see him get so excited over this.

I love hearing these Rupert stories! He sure has a lot of fans!!

At our house when we saw that Rupert was staying my DS (age 16) hugged the dog and shouted "Rupert's alive! Rupert's alive!"

I just checked out the preview on the Survivor's website for next week and they are bringing back the tribe members voted off. It looks like the members are involved in the challenge with the jail type room. I can't wait to see the whole show. My vcr will be taping this one.

Rupert is a very popular man right now. I was getting so upset when I thought he was going to get voted off. I told my husband "They better leave MY Rupert alone" I would love to see him go all the way, but unfortunately I don't think he will. Andrew really grew on me last night. What legs!!!!!

And how about Christa holding as much weight as weenie Osten? That one cracked me up. Andrew is apparently much stronger than Osten, so get rid of him already.

Even though I love Rupert, stratergy wise they should have voted him off. Trish was definitely correct about how much power Rupert has.
I also thought it would be Rupert voted off when Shawn had made that comment. The comment makes no sense with him voting for Trish.
Anyway, I thought the look on Jon's face after Trish was voted out was priceless

Ignoring the fact that I am crazy for Rupert, I cannot agree that it would have good strategy to vote him off. Drake needs him to win challenges as he is by far their strongest member. Yes, if there is a merge he would be a big threat but right now I think Drake needs him.

I agree that Drake needs Rupert right now while they're still a tribe. And they will probably need him even more if a third tribe is brought back which now appears the likely scenario.

This is getting VERY interesting.

Was the big lie revealed when Jon told Morgan, Drake threw one of their immunity challenges?

It is time for Jon and Osten to go...useless and useless. Jon and his incessant babbling and never saying anything and Osten scared of a pelican or anything that goes bump in the night!

My favorites are of course, Rupert and Christa, Sandra, Tijuana and Andrew.

I just went to the Reality TV site to do my picks for the week and by reading the questions it gives away what's going to happen this week. I won't say what it is, but it should be an interesting week

I don't know about the strange hobby that he had when he was a kid but he is an interesting character. And the kind of person I like to know.

Great article, thanks for sharing. His childhood hobby I have to agree was a little different. I also didn't know that his brother was in Raleigh, NC (that's only 1 hr from us).
