Thanks so much--we were lucky, very little damage, lost the screen door in the basement, can't open our back gate, some trees are down, saw someone's shutter flying down the street behind my house about 2am!

It was hard to see what was going on in the front of my house, it was so pitch black, but that's where you could hear everything hitting the house. I kept hearing the sound of sheet metal, like someone was holding a piece of sheet metal and shaking it back and forth.

I'm just crossing my fingers we get our cable back by tomorrow night!

Ok.. I am reading the info on the boards and now realize I shouldn't have just randomly clicked on my team.... I should have put some thought behind it!

Can I trade my team members? It said you could in the beginning but I don't know how....

Can I trade my team members?

Yes. Go where you would go to view your tribe members in the fantasy section. There should be a button on there that says "trade". Place a check in the box next to who on your team you want to trade, and then do the same with who you want to replace them.

They are showing the first episode again at 9:30 on CBS tonight. I'm glad because I only saw the last 20 minutes Thursday night.

Just checked the scores on Reality Planet! I can't believe it---I'm tied for first place with "angrydax." And when I watched the show, I didn't think that I did very well!

What I don't understand is that when I total the scores of all the people on the DISboards team, we should be listed in eighth place, but we aren't listed at all! Anyone know why?

I don't know where our team is on the league leaders board. I checked and we are listed as a private league. Maybe there was just a screw up and they forgot us. I'll really be concerned if we're not listed next week. Afterall, we were leading during TAR4 with all our members. We need some more playing Survivor7. Then we'll really make others notice.

Well, I finally got to see the first episode on the repeat last night. It was worth the wait, and I said to DD the best part is now we only have to wait until Thursday for another episode!!

I'm also glad to see all the old and new Survivor DISers on this thread. A couple pages back, someone asked if they can post if they are not playing the Fantasy. But OF COURSE!!!!

My thoughts as sent to a fellow watcher this am...

We DID watch Survivor last nite. I LOVE that show. I think the team with the spanish speaking lady had a great advantage in the village. I can't believe the DOPES didn't buy any clothes, and some were asking to buy flint and steel...I said to Lacey, I'd be buying LIGHTERS, the heck with the flint and steel. I got a great laugh when Rupert (one of the only names I retained, he sure is memorable) put on that flowered skirt! It was so funny!!

And nicole sure was dumb to begin scheming right away. if you keep your mouth SHUT and don't make any enemies, you can probably skate thru at least the first 2 votes. Plus she had a valuable skill that they could have used!! A massage could always come in handy!!!

There is no limit on the number of players we can have on the team. DISboards ran away with The Amazing Race fantasy there, just because we had so many players!!! It was fun to see ourselves atop that leaderboard every week!!!

HI Dorothy! I joined the RealityTVPlanet Fantasy League but my name is not showing up yet. Guess cuz I have no points! LOL! I answered the questions for the next show. This is quite different from the CBS version! This should be fun.

I watched some of the audition and interview tapes of the Survivors from this series and I must say that they are a weird group of people - many are very full of themselves and that turned me off to ones that at first I thought were "interesting". The one video I liked the best, however, was Ryan Shoulders!! Osten's put me to sleep. Christa was just weird, along with Jon's. And several of the guys - I believe Burton, Shawn, Andrew and perhaps Ryan O. were just so arrogant. I watched them several days ago and my memory is foggy but I was not very impressed...

I wasn't going to do Reality Planet, since I was already doing the CBS Fantasy League, but I feel honor bound to help us maintain the title. The only thing is, I can't remember by ID or password from The Amazing Race nor can I figure out how to join a league.

Did anyone see the Survivor special on VH1? It had some interesting insights and behind the scenes stuff that I've never seen before.

I looked at our Amazing Race team and you used the same username you have here. So now if you can just remember the password....

I saw the special on VH1 and thought lots of it was really interesting. Like if they hit another Survivor they are automatically booted. Remember when Alicia was wagging her finger in Kimmi's face that time? I think I woulda popped her!! Now I know why they didn't come to blows.

And TMI about how many days before having bowel movements, huh? But I gotta tell ya, it's something I wondered about!

And was it Colby saying he'd play the game if the prize were a slice of pizza??? Or was it Ethan?
