I'm excited for Survuor to start I jsut hope it is better than the last installment! I like it better when the tribes are not men vs women as well.

I agree. I think separating by gender makes it dull.

I'll guess that they break the castaways up into four tribes of five. Then one tribe will win immunity, forcing each of the other three tribes to vote someone off. And hopefully Wacky Wanda's tribe doesn't get immunity.

That does sound intresting. That would deffently throw them for a loop.

I have yet to see the all of the TV guide channel special you are talking about, onlu bits and pieces. So I have no idea about Wacky Wanda.

But I did like the girl, you they were comparing to LEX, because of her tatoos. From what I have seen of her, I hope she doesn't leave to soon.

Alright. Another official Survivor Palau thread. I think that makes four.

I can hardly wait until next week to cheer for the Survivor from Solon (Ohio). I hope this season is a little more exciting than the last.

It seems like different people post on the different threads, so the result is that we get more DIS CB Survivor fans on board.

I wasn't aware that so many cancer patients are included in this season's show. I guess that I need to take some more time to read the bios on the CBS website. Or perhaps I'll wait until they introduce the players next Thursday.

I was hoping for her, too. She graduated from the same high school that my granddaughters will go to, so they were excited about watching the show. But she is really inked up, and I think the kids will be turned off by that. They were kind of disgusted by Lex.

And she also came off pretty bad in the preview show. She seemed real spacy and vacant, and like pretty much of an airhead. Her personality sort of reminded me of Dolly from Vanuatu, and look at how well that worked out. Probst even said that he thinks she'll have trouble fitting in.

I think I may be even more excited for the new Amazing Race that is going to have Rob and Amber on it! WOW!!!

We have TiVo and I could never watch any of my reality fix shows without it!

Between 8 & 9pm we are usually doing bedtime with the kids, so it is so nice to be able to season pass them, and watch them at our leisure!

I usually have it record for 5 mins over so that we don't miss any of the last comments from the cast off survior.

Ahh yes... That is why we have 3 TiVo's now! We just bought two last summer when they had a sale. $99 for a 40 hour. So, I have one in my room that let's me record all my shamelss reality shows, one in the living room that hubby *let's* me record the ones he likes, and then we have one in the exercise room so that I can watch my shameless stuff while I work out!

Hubby set up a network through the whole house so that I can transfer stuff to where ever I want to watch it. My problem is that I don't have enough time in the day to watch all of it! Between Lost, Alias, Desperate Housewives, Amazing Race, Apprentice, Survivor.. I stay up tooo late at night!

Yea, but I am still hoping for the best for her. It looks like nearly all of the other ladies are supermodel rejects. I am so tired of them, she is unique and that is one of the things I like about her.
